VP of Operations
Ron began his career in the engineering space after receiving a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2016. After time spent as a Program Manager in the automotive sector, Ron completed his Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MMIE) from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University where he also obtained a social impact certificate.
As Vice President of Operations, Ron ensures that Crescero implements a streamlined and effective process for making high-quality farmland acquisitions on behalf of investors. He leads the optimization of farmland assets, focusing on improving productivity, protecting long-term value, and fostering strong relationships with farm families across Canada.
Ron is particularly dedicated to managing capital expenditure (CapEx) projects and driving operational efficiencies on a day-to-day basis, ensuring Crescero’s farmland assets are well-maintained and positioned for growth.
With a talent for building strong networks and launching innovative initiatives, Ron brings a passion for creativity and problem-solving to his role.
Outside of work, Ron enjoys woodworking, home construction, and collaborating on new projects with his partner. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence are reflected in every aspect of his professional and personal endeavors.
